The most developed and commercially active area of the Punta Cana corridor. Widest range of services, supermarkets, hospitals, and restaurants. Less controlled environment than the gated communities. Cheaper but louder and more chaotic. Best for those who want East Coast access at lower cost and do not require the gated community environment.
