The prime expat and upper-class Dominican neighbourhood. The best restaurants, shopping malls (Blue Mall, Sambil), and nightlife in the city are all here. The highest concentration of expats in the capital. Expensive but the closest thing to a complete urban neighbourhood in the DR. Excellent walkability by Dominican standards.
